Rock N' Rip RC Hobbies does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

Please carefully review product descriptions, specifications, compatibility information, and quantities before placing your order.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact Rock N' Rip RC Hobbies as soon as possible after delivery.
We may request photographs, videos, order information, or other documentation to evaluate the issue.
If we determine that the item was damaged during shipment, defective upon arrival, or incorrectly shipped by us, we may, at our discretion and as required by applicable law, provide a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund.
Certain RC products contain electronic, mechanical, or electrical components that may fail due to manufacturing defects, improper installation, misuse, crashes, modifications, or normal wear and tear.
A product that stops working after use is not automatically considered defective.
Before approving a return or refund, Rock N' Rip RC Hobbies may require troubleshooting or inspection of the product.
Manufacturer warranties, when applicable, may be handled directly through the manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms.
Products that have been used, installed, modified, disassembled, crashed, damaged, improperly maintained, or otherwise altered are generally not eligible for return unless otherwise required by applicable law or specifically approved by Rock N' Rip RC Hobbies.
This includes products damaged as a result of improper installation, improper battery use or charging, water damage, crashes, abuse, neglect, or modifications.
Special-order, custom, personalized, or specially sourced products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied by us.
Once a special-order product has been ordered specifically for a customer, cancellation may not be possible.
Orders may be processed quickly. If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled after it has been processed, packed, or shipped.
A request to cancel an order because of a change of heart does not create a right to a refund once the order has been processed or shipped.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
If an item is approved for return because it was incorrectly shipped or arrived damaged or defective, Rock N' Rip RC Hobbies will determine the appropriate handling of return shipping costs on a case-by-case basis.
We are not responsible for return shipping costs associated with unauthorized returns or change-of-heart returns.
Please contact Rock N' Rip RC Hobbies before sending any product back.
Unauthorized returns may be refused, returned to the customer at the customer's expense, or otherwise handled at our discretion.
If a refund is approved, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
A refund does not necessarily include original shipping charges or other fees unless otherwise required by applicable law.
